Ryan Crouser got in the ring. “On my sixth throws, I normally push it, but this time, I stayed in control and used the power in my lower body to push the shot out there. There was a time when I was in the ring that I forgot what I was doing. That is normally good and means that I will probably throw far.” And, Ryan Crouser threw 22.65 meters, his personal best.
When I asked Ryan Crouser to critique the throw, he said that there were three things he could improve. ” I feel pretty good about the throw because I did not do the three things I want to do on each throw.
