The European Indoor Championships began in 1970 in Vienna. The Netherlands has now hosted the
EICH three times (1973, Rotterdan, 1989, The Hague and 2025, ApelDoorn).

He currently manages the content and marketing development of the RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun.
