Our topics;
1. The last weekend of track and field and road racing was stupendous!
2. Yared Nuguse’s third Wanamaker win and 3:46.63 WR mile was amazing end to Millrose Games! Hobbs Kessler impressed in second place in 3:46.90!

3. The Men’s mile WR last five days. Jakob Ingebrigtsen was focused on the 1,500m and he went another 109 meters, and ran 3:29.63 and 3:45.14! Not since John Landy in 1954 had that been done!

4. Grant Fisher’s 3,000m and 5,000m WRs should put him into the global running stratosphere, when one adds the two Olympic medals!

5. Jacob Kiplimo’s Half Marathon WR was just crazy, four 13:26 5,000 meter runs in a row, that is Lasse Virens’ time at Montreal 1976 when he won over Dick Quax!, done four times!

6. Chase Jackson set an AR in the shot put in 20.24m at Torun! Can she get the WL of Sarah Mitton (20.68m)!

See you tomorrow with #CoffeewithLarry
