4. The NIKE #PegasusPlus is a good shoe in the right direction. The Premium #Pegasus model, shows that NIKE is focused once again on runners and not taking them for granted. I like the track slipper feel and the midsole. It is a good entry level running shoe for young runners, www.nikerunning.com

6. Cole Hocker does not like to loose. The Olympic gold medalist at 1,500 meters gave a strong interview to David Monti (shown on CitusMag) about hearing the moniker, Olympic gold medalist for the first time and also how much he does not like to lose.

7. Grant Fisher’s life has changed. This two time Olympic bronze medalist, with ARs at 2 miles, 3,000m, 5,000m and 10,000m plus now WR for 3000m indoors is about to see his life change a bit. Coached by his high school coach, Mike Scannell, Grant is very analytical. Let’s see how he does over 5,000m this weekend at BU.

8. Yared Nuguse achieved his dream, three Wanamaker Miles, and new world record at the indoor mile of 3:46.63. Yared has the Olympic bronze medal, what will he achieve in 2025?

9. Hobbs Kessler is the first American male to double at 800m and 1,500m in Olympics since 1976 and Rick Wolhuter. Hobbs just ran a 3:46.91, and 7:35.06 for 3000m. Hobbs will be racing at the US Indoors, we can not wait.

10. Whitni Morgan has a dangerous kick. Her 28.75 last 200m put her 1 second up on Josette Andrews in the 3,000 meters. What a 3,000 meters!

11. Josh Hoey ran 1:43.90 AR in the 800m. He has run a 3:52 mile, 1000m in AR 2:14.48. and a 3:33.66 for the 1,500m this season! Watch him at the US Indoors!
