Let me explain.
FootLocker is finished (wonderful event), and so has USATF Xc Champs.
Some of you want one more race, a fast flat race and a new PB!
Then, do it!
Just keep this week easy, you will loose nothing, and race on the weekend.
We will provide you with 3 easy weeks.
You are fit!
You will keep it moderate and have a few weeks until the big stuff!

Warm-up well,
75-90 minutes of easy running, enjoy the scenery and keep it relaxed.
cool-down well,
Check your shoes and make sure that your training shoes
are ready for the final weeks of training. (Most shoes make it 8-12 weeks of training)
If not, go to a local running store and find one or two good training shoes.
We will speak about that soon!
