Coffee with Larry is sponsored by RunBlogRun’s cooling technology partner, OMIUS (www.omius.io).
Special thanks to Jay Weber and Mike Rouse for showing me the OMIUS technology.
It’s simple. You add cooling pods into a hat, visor, or headband, soak them with water, and add water every 30-45 minutes during your workout or race. It really works; I have used it.
