Welcome to the Third day and second week of the 2024 Summer Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks until mid-September.
Our goal is to build you into a strong cross-country runner.
We keep it relaxed this week and add, week by week, more challenges and more inspiration!

Wednesday is an excellent mid-week day, and just keep yourself running daily. Consistency is king.
Summer mileage will change your life.
Running with friends during the summer was one of the highlights of my Summer running.
Consistency is the biggest ally of the distance runner.
Daily runs, consistent running, and training are the key to success.
There will be good days and bad days. The key is to keep the running going on even your toughest and most complicated days.
It is not about high mileage or low mileage; it is about key consistent workouts and then easy days.
Enjoy your summer running.
What do you want to do this summer? What do you want to achieve?
