Larry’s Deep Thoughts:
Jakob Ingebrigtsen won the 5,000 meters for the third time at the European Champs in Roma 2024.
His time, 13:21, was not real fast, but the way that he ran away from the field, with a 53.16 last 400 meters!
Now, Jakob Ingebrigtsen will now compete at the 1,500 meters in Rome, and after that, it is off to Paris 2024!
