This is the second year of the USATF LA Grand Prix. It is a very important event.
Yet, USATF did absolutely no promotions before two weeks via social. The crowd was absolutely embarrassing, and we offered to help USATF promote meet and sell tickets, but they never responded.
The good news is you can watch the meet on Peacock and NBC.
The Peacock broadcast begins at 3 PM. Eastern time!
A fantastic Distance Carnival last night and the LA Grand Prix today are building to the LA 2028 Olympics. We sure hope the USATF can take more interest in promoting events in our sport. That is part of their job.
You can watch on Peacock TV here (requires a subscription, is $4.99): https://www.peacocktv.com/watch/sports/highlights
