Coffee with Larry is sponsored by #JAMBAR!
#JAMBAR is the Original Organic Artisan Sports Energy Bar,
founded by Jenny Maxwell in 2021 after 3 years of development.
JAMBAR has 34 grams of carbohydrates and 10 grams of protein and is sweetened with maple syrup.
JAMBAR has five flavors, 4 of them vegan! The new #TropicalTrio tastes great!
Jenny Maxwell and her late husband, Brian, founded the sports energy bar category in 1985 with POWERBAR. They sold the brand in 2000, and Brian passed in 2004. For the next two decades, Jenny raised their six children, and then, three years ago, at the suggestion of her youngest daughter, Jenny Maxwell, she began to develop JAMBAR.
I learned about JAMBAR at the Running Event last December, and it tastes great!

Our topics:
1. An incredible weekend of track and field.
2. The problem is, how does USATF justify paid streaming for USATF events?
3. The LA Grand Prix was an amazing meet, with strong fields but a need for fan support. It looked like there was no improvement from 2023.
4. The adidas Atlanta City Games had great adidas athletes at the event, but now, in the middle of the season, they were caught in a glut of events on May 18. Well done streaming the event! Strong commentating and entertaining performances!
5. The Night of 10,000m PBs, a meet built around a bunch of 10,000m races, caught fans’ eyes globally and had a superb streaming product for FREE!
6. The Distance Carnival had two of the finest 5,000m of the year, yet I waited until Monday night to see it on YouTube!
7. The NIKE Pre-Classic has added the Men’s and Women’s 10,000m as Kenyan Olympic Trials events. The event begins now at 10.30 AM.
See you tomorrow for the next #CoffeewithLarry!
