Larry’s Deep Thoughts: Josh Kerr’s 2 mile was a near-perfect race. Have you ever negative split? Josh ran 4:03, then 3:57 to get his 2-mile WR in 8:00.67. I loved the 2-mile distance and raced it 8-10 times a year in high school each year and 15 times a year in college and post-collegiate at all comers in Summer time and Winter.
