This is a hill day.
Your workout is the following:
Warm-up Slowly,
40-minute hilly run with at least 8 2-minute hills during the run. If you need to, run a loop.
6 x 150-meter stride outs to follow,
slow cooldown.
Hydrate
and change into dry clothes.
Larry’s Deep Thoughts: Hills are great ways to build speed, strength, and confidence. If you do not have hills but have snow, run two minutes in five to six inches of snow or soft sand.
