This is our daily training for Week 4, Day 6.
This is the fourth week of the Winter season. Some of you are racing indoors, and that is okay.
The focus is the outdoor season.
Here’s is your workout:
Warmup slowly,
30 minutes slow running, 800m or a 3,000m,
cooldown,
OR,
Warmup slowly,
15 minutes running, slow to moderate,
40-minute fartlek, 20 x one minute hard, one minute easy,
15 minutes moderate to slow,
Cooldown.
