Your workout is a long run.
These days were some of my favorites.
I recall running a 17-mile run in high school one time at a March of Dimes walk, and that took 2 hours, 17 minutes, probably
not the smartest thing that I had ever done.
Your workouts are 75-90 minutes, and we suggest them on soft ground, perhaps trails with some hills.
Your workout today,
Warm-Up,
75-90 minutes, moderate pace,
cooldown.
Please hydrate and stretch.
