1. Visited IRONMAN Half Triathlon in Wilmington, NC! It was amazing and exciting. Watch my GF’s son complete his first half of Ironman.
2. Great fan support on course and, especially at the finish!
3. The IRONMAN app was quite impressive, one of the best I have seen!
4. Tri community is much like a marathon community.
5. Great to see and experience the event!
6. Spoke with Stuart Weir on Athletics Chat 109!
7. Lots of stories to post this week!
8. Return home Wednesday night!
9. I have to say, the letter and stand by the brothers Ingebrigtsen was very brave!
