This is your workout for Saturday, October 28, 2023.
Today is a race day!
Your workout is to warm up well and slowly, do some stride-outs, and race!
In your race, get out well, pick off one athlete at a time, remember, you can get away from more people on a downhill push than an uphill, and kick like mad over the last 500 meters, increasing speed every 100 meters.
Twenty weeks into the season, and you are racing fit. Give it your all! Pick off that last competitor in front of you!
