This is a workout for Friday, October 27, 2023.
This is a recovery day.
Recovery Days are key to building your body back from the hard days.
Your workout for today is warm-up slowly, 45-55 minutes of easy running, 6x150m stride outs, then cooldown.
For many, the state meets are here in high school, and the Conference meets are here in college. The season is at the high point, or very, very close.
Keep your head in the upcoming races, and over that last 500 meters accelerate every 100m to the finish!
