Coffee With Larry, Shawnti Jackson signs NIL deal with Brooks running, Prefontaine only days

1. In a paradigm changer for the brand, Brooks has signed a NIL deal with Shawnti Jackson, the high school phenom who ran 10.89 last season and 11.00 at the Brooks PR Invite.
2. This is the first time that Brooks has signed a high-level sprinter, and we look forward to seeing how Shawnti develops at the University of Arkansas and then as a pro athlete.
3. Brooks scored its first gold medal in a global comp with Josh Kerr, and the brand is continuing to grow; this is a fascinating development!
4. Shawnti Jackson is a fascinating athlete with huge potential, and the NIL keeps her in school and also shows Brooks sincere interest in developing this athlete. Congrats to Garrett Heath and the team at Brooks.
