This is Coffee With Larry.
Coffee with Larry is our daily (well, almost daily) podcast on all things athletics (track & field). We go LIVE around 10 AM Central most days, and the podcast goes 30 minutes, sometimes 40 if I get really down the rabbit hole.
Our topics today:
- Memorial Van Damme is 8 September 2023. It will be shown on Peacock TV and featuring the stars of the sport, looking for final points to win the big prizes at the Pre Classic.
- Jakob Ingebrigtsen will go for the 2000m WR. Mondo Duplantis has gone for 6.23m WR twice now in the last ten days, and Shericka Jackson will run the 200 meters.
- King Badouin II stadium is a great sports center to enjoy the meeting. I have seen 40,000 fans there in the past.
- Belgian fans love their sports; local heroes are a huge deal here!
- Make sure that you check it out on Peacock TV.
- See you tomorrow on Coffee with Larry!
