The first day of the World Championships was incredible! You could not have made a better script than what happened in the Women’s 10,000m, the Mixed 4x400m, or the Men’s shot put!
The 100 meters for men and women will take shape today, and the Men’s 100m final will end the evening!
This is our preview for Day 2, and Day 2 will be spectacular. We have the Men’s 100m final, Women’s 20k Race Walk, Women’s long jump, and Men’s 10,000 meters, 4 superb finals coming your way.
And with the Semi-finals of both 1,500 meters today, you see some incredible battles as athletes attempt to make it into the next round!
RunBlogRun does a preview every day, plus a review every day of the Worlds.
Special thanks to Mike Deering for managing the video production and keeping me on schedule.
