So, warm up well, do a 30-minute run, begin easy, work up to a moderate pace, then, two times a hilly mile (six or seven minutes of gut-wrenching, stomach-churning hills), with six minutes of jogging, walking, breathing in between, after these two horrific miles, cooldown for fifteen minutes slowly. Hydrate.
Send us a video of the hilly mile, and I will send you a t-shirt. Email me at runblogrun@gmail.com.
