Tuesday will be tempo or hill day, Thursday will be hill day, and Saturday can
be a hill or a race day.
Sunday will be a long day.
Consistency is key.
Today’s workout is warm up slowly, 45-55 minutes of moderate running, and cool down. Hydrate, please!
