We provide a variety of workouts so that your body is equipped to handle all types of racing stress.
For your workout today, warm up slowly, 6 x 150 meter stride-outs, 8 x 400 meters, with 400-meter jog, 400 meters are at 3000m current race pace,
then a 30-minute run and slow cooldown.
