Recovery days allow you to give your body a break so that it can recover from the stress of a hard workout.

Your workout today, Warm-up slowly (16 sit-ups, push-ups, and pull-ups), 45-55 minutes, 6 x 150-meter stride outs, and
a slow cooldown.
