This is Saturday, May 20, 2023.
This is Saturday in Week Ten, day six of the RBR Spring Training program.
This is a day of racing.
Across North America, many high schoolers are racing in regionals and sectionals.
You are fit now. You have had several races; it is now time to challenge your limits.
In regional races, time to focus on moving to the next level. Race smart, move where you can,
and do not give up until the finish. So many races are lost during the last centimeters.
Your workout, warm-up well and with confidence, take your time, race your primary distance, and race smart, and cooldown slowly.
