This is Monday, May 15, 2023.
This is a recovery day.
The recovery day concept is key to athletes dealing with training and racing stress. Stress can be managed, and that is what we try to do in modern training programs. RunBlogRun believes that easy or recovery days are key to athlete development.
Your workout today is warm-up slowly, (15 pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups), 50-55 minutes of running, 6 x 150 meter stride-outs, then, a slow cool-down.
