This is day 4, Week 7 of RunBlogRun Spring Training for the Middle Distances.
Today is a hill day.
Your workout today is pretty straight forward.
Warm up well, please do the 12, twelve sit-ups, twelve pull-ups and twelve push ups,
then, 15 minutes of moderate running, and then, 6 x 250 meter hills, and jog down, 15 minutes of moderate running and 6 x 250 meter hills, and then, 20 minutes of moderate running and 6 x 150-meter stride outs, and a nice 15 minute cooldown.
