This is Saturday, April 1, 2023.
This is Week 3, Day 6 of RunBlogRun’s Spring Training for the middle distances.
Today, you race!
Warm up slowly; some people like a few fast runs before your race. A couple of race ideas,
800m and 3,000m, 1,500m and 800m, or 3,000m and 1,500m. jog easy between each race, and
slowly cool down for over 30 minutes after your races. Hydrate well, and get in dry clothes.
