This is day six, Week Four, and it is a day at the races.
The races are getting tougher, but they are also getting faster.
Today, warm up well, complete warm-up, and do it slow, getting some fast stride outs in. if you have been feeling not all there at beginning of race, then, five minutes before, try 150-200 meters at a good pace, come back, take five deep breaths and prepare for the race.
Race 800 meters, 1,500 meters, or 5,000 meters.
After the race, run 30 minutes moderately and complete your cooldown.
