Recovery days are key to your development as an athlete. Easy days are key to your success. If you want your body to handle and use the stress
provided in hard workouts, then pay attention on the easy days!
Your workout today, warm up well (10 sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, push-ups included). 45-50 minutes of running, 4 x 150 meter stride-outs, long cool-down.
