Recovery days give the body and mind some respite from the stress of hard days. Recovery days are also a big
part of your weekly training.
Your workout today is a slow warm-up (includes 7 sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups), 50 minutes of easy running,
6 x 150-meter strideouts and slow cooldown.
