Recovery day is Wednesday.
Recovery days are key to your development. Your body needs stressful days to develop, but it must have easy days in there to get the benefit!
Don’t forget the easy days.
Your workout for today is warm-up (remember, 7 sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups), 50 minutes of easy running, 6 x 150m stride outs, and slow cooldown.
