This is Friday, March 17, 2023.
This is Week One, Day Five of the RunBlogRun Spring Training for the Middle Distances.
Today is a recovery day.
For your workout, today, warm up with focus, keep your run for 45-50 minutes, relaxed and at a conversational pace, then cool down slowly.
Recovery days allow us to recover from the stress that we put on our bodies during hard workouts. They are as important to your development as the hard days.
