This is Day 4 of Week 3 for the RunBlogRun Spring Training for the Middle Distances, 800 meters to 5,000 meters.
Today is a hill day, one of our secret sauce days.
Hills can get just about anyone into racing shape.
Our workout today, warm-up, please include seven sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups, then,
15-minute run, 6 x 100-meter hills, hard, 15-minute run, 6 x 150-meter hills, hard, 15-minute run, 6 x 200-meter hills, hard, 15-minute run, then, 2 x 300-meter hill run, hard, 15-minute easy cooldown, gentle stretching, hydrate.
