Today is a hill day, part of the secret sauce.
Your workout today is warm up slowly, 6 x 50m. uphill, jog down, 6 x 100m uphill, jog down, 6 x 150 meter uphill, jog down, 3 x 250m uphill, jog down, 30 minutes of moderate running, and a nice, long cooldown.
