This is Saturday, March 18, 2023.
This is day 6, Workout One, for the 2023 RunBlogRun Spring Training for Middle Distances, 800 meters to 5000 meters.
We are going to take a week off racing and do the following workout:
Warm up slowly, 8 times 400 meters at 5k race pace, 200-meter jog, 4 x 200 meters, at 1-mile race pace, 200-meter jog, 20-30 minutes of easy running to cool down, some stretching.
