Okay, it is Monday, February 6, 2023.
This is day one, Week six of the 2023 RunBlogrun Winter Training Block!
It is a recovery day.
If you are following our schedule, you had a race on Saturday, so, how did it go?
You had a long run on Sunday, hope you kept it moderate.
Today’s workout is warm-up slowly, a 50-minute modest run, perhaps in a park, counting the geese or the skateboarders, then, cooldown slowly. Stay warm, stay hydrated, and tell some jokes. Jokes make you laugh and when you laugh, your body lets out endorphins, adding to your health.
