A day at the races?
Yes, an indoor meet or an all-comers meet, one could fit into your schedule.
Your workout for day six, Week Seven is a day at the races.
Warm up slowly, 800m, or 3000m, then, 30 minutes of running and a good cool down.
In the race, try some different tactics, go out hard, or start conservative and pick it up in the final laps.
Just shake it up a bit.
