This is Saturday, February 11, 2023.
This is Week Six, Day six of the Winter 2023 Training Block.
This is race day.
Find an 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m or 4x400m and race! Get those fast twitch muscles moving.
It will hurt, you will gasp for air, but get over it, three or four races and you will be rocking.
Racing fitness is a key, that is why I suggest all comers meets early in season, and try to go under or over your main distance!
Today, Warm up well, 800m, 4x400m, or 1,500m and 4x400m, then, 30-40 minutes of moderate running, and cooldown well.
