This is the workout for Monday, January 2, 2023.
This is the first day of the Winter Training Cycle for 2023.
We will provide an eight-week training Winter cycle, January-March, and then
begin Spring training. Our focus will be for 800m to 5,000m for high school athletes.
We are more than happy to help you build a training program for other events, just email us at runblogrun@gmail.com.
For your workout today, warm up slowly, 40-minute moderate run, run a hill midway, then, return to a moderate pace, cool down slowly.
