Today is a recovery day. Recovery days allow the athlete to get benefits from the hard workouts. Without days for the body to recover from the stress of hard days, hard workouts are of little benefit. So, put in as much effort into recovery days as into hard days.
Recovery days are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week.
Your workout today is, warm-up slowly, for 45-50 minutes , and cool down slowly.
