Today is a hill day.
It is week two, day 4 of the Winter Training Block!
We encourage athletes to use hills to get themselves into shape during the winter.
Hills are a great way to develop speed and strength.
Today’s workout is warm-up slowly, 4 times 250-meter hills, jog down, 30 minutes moderate running, 4 times 250-meter hills, jog down, slow cool-down.
