Well, most of you have been back to school for four days now.
This is Friday, January 6, 2023, and it is day five of the Week One of the 2023 RunBlogRun Winter Training Block.
We assume that most of you have run the fall cross-country season and taken the three-week recovery block we suggested.
We set this training for 800m-5000m, but you can also look at this if you do 400m/800m. We will begin those workouts in the next couple of weeks.
Today’s workout is a good warm-up, with 40-50 minutes of running, good footing, and a good view. After the run, which should be at a pace that keeps the speaking limited, cool down now.
