This is the workout for Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
This is a fartlek workout, as it is cold and you have to improvise.
Warm up well, and make sure that you are dressed well. If you can train inside, that is better today, but if not, keep it close
so you can warm up quickly.
50-minute fartlek run, 5 minutes hard on effort, 5 minutes easy, do that five times.
Cool down slowly.
