This is workout day one of week 4, in the 2023 Winter Training Blog for RunBlogRun.
Moderation is the key to training. It is better to build into a season, to not beat the heck out of yourself and keep the consistency than push hard and try to get into shape quickly. That is when injuries occur.
Your workout today: Warm up slowly, 45-50 minutes in the hills, halfway find a five-minute grind, a good long hill, and then, take a deep breath, smile, and keep it mellow on the way back, cool down well, and get off the wet clothes.
