This is seventh day of the Week 4 of the 2023 Winter Training Block.
Today is a long run.
We place long runs on Sundays and keep the pace moderate.
After a race on Saturday, we suggest that you watch the pace and your legs, if there is any pain, slow down, and return to your start.
Your workout today, warm up slowly, 70 minutes of moderate running on soft ground, cooldown well.
