This is day seven of week two of the Winter Training Block.
The workout for today is a long run. We include long runs in all of our training plans. It is a key part of each training week because of the many benefits long runs give middle-distance and long-distance runners.
Your workout today, January 15, 2023 is: warm up slow, 60-65 minute run, on trails or roads, moderate pace, with ten to fifteen minutes of hills, then a slow cooldown.
