This is Friday, January 27, 2023.
It is a recovery day on our Winter Training Block. We suggest you relax on the run and then, watch the LILAC Grand Prix this afternoon, 6 pm-8pm Pacific! Should be some great track action.
Recovery is a key part of your training. You will notice that I keep the training at a moderate effort, as I am very concerned about over-training and injury.
Also, on Saturday, we are suggesting you find a racing distance from 800m to 3000m.
For your workout, today, warm up, slowly, and then, a 45-50 minute run on trails, keep the pace relaxed, and then cool down slowly.
