We will keep this program going through next week, the Champs XC Nationals, and then we will begin two weeks of recovery
and a slow build-up into indoor and the spring. Indoor Track, in our minds, is an interlude, not a destination. The outdoor track is the goal.
The workout for today is a warm-up, 45-55 minutes, 6 times 150-meter stride outs, then a cooldown.
