We are moving the tempo out for a couple of weeks and replacing it with a hill workout.
Today’s workout is about the hills.
Your workout today is a slow warm-up.
30 minutes of moderate running, followed by six to eight times a 200m hill repeat, walk or jog slowly down the hill.
A slow cool down with some stretching is a good way to end the workout.
